Week 1 - 2nd- 6th of march
What I wanted to achieve this week?
1. This week I wanted to start making a list of people that I will need to talk to for the two different events I am putting on.
2. I also wanted to start emailing people about the different parts of the two events for example I want to email three of the big superstores about donating different food for our bake sale.
3. I have to start filling out the proposal sheet for Phil where I have to break down the plan I have, I have to say who I will be working with, where I am thinking about having both events and all the equipment I will need for them.
What I achieved this week?
1. I did start writing two lists of the different people that I will have to contact for this project. I will put the lists under this.
2. I have not started emailing people but the lists above will give me a great starting point to get on with it next week.
3. I have filled out most of the proposal sheet.

Section 1: Rationale
( Reflect on your Strengths, Skills and achievements and how they will help me in this project)
My strengths are that I am good at researching different things, and I am also good at communicating to all different people. I can also cope very well under high pressure situations such as deadlines. I also can come up with really intriguing ideas.
My skills include organisation, motivation, confidence, I am realistic with my ideas and to finish I am very strong willed.
My achievements that will help me in this are that I have done my project 1&2. I have been looking. I have been looking after my brother who has special needs and goes to the school that I am fundraising for. I have also been baking since I was little which will help for the bake sale.

Section 2:
( outline of the project, people I will be working with, venue and equipment)
My idea for my FMP is that i want to put on a bake off and we would sell them to create the funds for the bigger charity event. i will do this at college. i will also help Morgan with her project within the college. The bigger event is going to raise money for the QE2 ( Queen Elizabeth 2 school). i want it to be a black tie dinner or night, where we have a sit down dinner or buffa.
The people i will need are Morgan as she is my helper and she will help me with what i need to do. I will need to talk to Ross to see where I can have the bake off and the sale at the end of the day. I will also need to find students from different courses to take part in the bake off. I am going to Tescos, co-op and Sainsburys to see if I can get them to help me out with everything. I will also need to find people to judge the cakes when they are completed. I am thinking of having staff from college and I was also going to see if I could get a representative from one of the big shops to come. This is if I can get them to help me out.
For these places I am thinking 6hat maybe if the weather is good I could use a small gazebo outside in the grass area, but this all depends on the weather being good and realistically that would not be great because the weather is very unpredictable in this country. I was also thinking about the theatre bar but then if i want to make the most money i can, I don’t
think it would be a good idea because not a lot of people go through the bar and i need to get people to come to make them buy the cakes. My other options are either doing it in the main lobby or along the hallway, there are really good places because people will walk past and i feel they are more likely to stop and find out what i am fundraising for and buy the cakes.
The things i think i need are ingredients for the bake sale, i am hoping to get the big shops to help with this but if they don’t want to help i will have to ask the people involved to make the cakes at home and bring them in to college to be judged. I will also need some sort of prize for the winner, for example a gift card or some chocolate and a certificate which I can make at college. I will also need to do some promotion so I will need to make some posters made up with the details. I also want to make some little leaflets to say why I am fundraising and also i was some posters for my black tie event.

Section 3:
( How I will document my work)
There are so many ways I am going to document my work.
So I am going to take photos of things like the cakes that the different people make and also of people who are judging the cakes and the event happening, I will also take them of the cakes being sold as well as the little stool that we use to sell them. When the day comes for the charity event I will take photos of the event being set up, it being ready without people, and then when it is full of people, of the food being served, the band playing and then the people that have helped me for this.
I will use a voice recorder for all the meetings I am going to have and I will also write down notes and then type them up as well.
I will put the email and other and other things into different documents and then i will put all the evidence on to my Wix page.
